Services

The Digital Cabin provides the following services:

• Website design, development and managed website care
• Graphic design for digital and print
• Business and wedding photography
• Ongoing website maintenance and support

All services are provided on the basis of clear scope, agreed pricing, and defined boundaries.

Quotes and Pricing

All prices shown on the website are guides only unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding. There are no unlimited revisions or open-ended services unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Website Services

Website builds, refreshes and managed care services are provided based on the agreed package or plan.

• All websites require an ongoing care plan after launch
• Care plans include defined monthly allowances
• Unused monthly allowances do not roll over unless agreed

The Digital Cabin is not responsible for issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting changes made by the client, or unauthorised edits.

Content and Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and information. The Digital Cabin is not responsible for legal compliance of client content (including copyright, trademarks, or regulatory requirements).

Any delays caused by missing or late content may affect delivery times.

Graphic Design

Graphic design work is provided based on the agreed scope. Revisions are limited to what is reasonable within the agreed time or package.

Final design files are supplied once full payment has been received.

Photography Services

Photography bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Business photography packages include editing and digital delivery
• Wedding photography packages include up to the agreed hours of coverage
• Additional time or services must be agreed in advance

The Digital Cabin is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, venue restrictions, or guest interference.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins. Invoices are payable within the stated timeframe.

Late payments may result in paused services until the account is brought up to date.

Cancellations and Refunds

Work already completed is non-refundable. Deposits, where taken, are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

Managed services may be cancelled with notice as agreed in writing.

Liability

The Digital Cabin will take reasonable care in delivering all services. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of business, or loss of profits.

Total liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client once full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.

The Digital Cabin retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, on the website, and for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable written notice. Any outstanding work or payments remain payable.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
