Photography Terms & Conditions

Clear terms explaining bookings, image delivery, usage rights and payments for photography services provided by The Digital Cabin.

These terms apply to all photography services provided by The Digital Cabin, including business, event and wedding photography.

1. Bookings

A photography booking is only confirmed once details have been agreed in writing.

Wedding photography bookings may require a booking fee to secure the date.

The scope of the photography service, including duration, location and type of shoot, is agreed before the booking takes place.

Any additional time or work requested outside the agreed scope may be chargeable.

Final images are supplied digitally unless agreed otherwise.

The number of images delivered depends on the package or service agreed.

Image delivery times will be discussed in advance.

Images are edited in a style consistent with The Digital Cabin’s portfolio.

Specific editing requests should be discussed before the shoot.

The Digital Cabin retains copyright of all images unless agreed otherwise.

Clients are granted a licence to use images for personal or business purposes as agreed.

Images must not be resold, altered, or supplied to third parties without permission.

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to locations and any necessary permissions.

The Digital Cabin is not responsible for restrictions imposed by venues or third parties.

If a photography booking is cancelled or rescheduled, reasonable notice is required.

Short-notice cancellations may still be chargeable.

All pricing is agreed before the booking.

Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe.

Final images may be withheld until full payment is received.

While every care is taken, liability is limited to the value of the photography services provided.

These terms are governed by UK law.
