These payment terms apply to all services provided by The Digital Cabin, including web design, graphic design and photography.
1. Pricing
All prices are agreed in advance before work begins.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately.
2. Invoices
Invoices are issued electronically unless agreed otherwise.
Each invoice will clearly outline the work provided and the amount due.
3. Payment deadlines
Invoices are payable within the agreed timeframe, typically 7 or 14 days from the invoice date.
Payment terms will be stated on the invoice.
4. Late payments
If payment is not received by the due date, work may be paused until payment is made.
Ongoing services, including website maintenance, may be suspended if invoices remain unpaid.
5. Deposits and advance payments
Some services, such as website builds or wedding photography, may require a deposit or advance payment.
Deposits secure booking time and are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
6. Ownership and access
Final files, website access or handover details may be withheld until full payment has been received.
7. Expenses
Any agreed expenses, such as travel or third-party costs, will be discussed in advance and added to the invoice where applicable.
8. Disputes
If you have a question or concern about an invoice, please raise it as soon as possible so it can be resolved promptly.
9. General
All payments are subject to UK law.
