These terms apply to all website design, development and related services provided by The Digital Cabin.

Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and must be approved before being carried out.
2. Website builds
Website builds include design, setup and launch support as outlined in the agreed proposal.
Unless stated otherwise, website builds do not include ongoing updates, content changes or maintenance after launch.
3. Website refreshes and updates
Website refresh work covers improvements to existing layouts, content or performance as agreed in advance.
Refresh work does not include a full rebuild unless specifically agreed.

Projects include a limited number of reasonable revisions, as agreed at the start of the project.
Unlimited changes are not included.
Additional changes or new requests will be quoted separately.
5. Content and materials
Clients are responsible for supplying text, images and other content unless agreed otherwise.
The Digital Cabin is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late content.

Maintenance plans do not include unlimited content changes, redesigns or new features.
